These Terms govern your use of the Product Solutions website and Client Portal. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

Product Solutions provides consulting in product strategy, analytics and product development. Engagements are arranged directly and governed by a separate written agreement; nothing on this website is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services.

Client Portal access

The Client Portal is restricted to authorized enterprise clients. Access is provisioned directly by us; there is no public registration. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to access the portal or any account without authorization.

Acceptable use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not misuse content or submit unlawful or infringing material.

Intellectual property

The website content, branding and materials are owned by Product Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Product Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Chișinău, unless a separate engagement agreement provides otherwise.
